①私、管理人みどりについて
私は九州、博多に生まれ育ちました。
小さい頃から運動することは大の苦手。
休みの日も、家で本を読むかゲームをするかで全く家を出ることはありませんでした。
大人になってからもアウトドアとは縁遠く、インドア娘として過ごしてきました。
そんな私が40歳になったある日。
ふと見ていたテレビ番組で
【あなたが一生に一度はやってみたいことはなんですか？】
という企画をしていました。
それをみた時に私は考えました。
40歳を迎え、人生も折り返しを迎えた今、私は何かやり残したことはないだろうか。
そう考えた時に一つの考えが頭に浮かんだのです。
私は、富士山に登ってみたい。
そう思った瞬間が、インドア娘だった私がアウトドア娘、山登りに目覚めた瞬間だったと思います。
生まれてから40年間インドア派として生きてきた私が、初めてアウトドアに興味を持ち始めた瞬間です。
そこから私は山登りにのめり込むことになり、今に至ります。
②山登りブログを始めるに至った理由
まず、山登りを始めたいと思った時。
困ったことがありました。
それは、
何から準備を始めたらいいのか？
ということです。
「富士山に登りたい」と思ったとしても、すぐに登ることができないことぐらいは素人の私にでも分かります。
でも、何を準備すればいいのか、どうすればいいのか、何も知識がなかったのです。
そうしたとき、今の皆さんはどうするでしょうか？
誰かに聞く、本を読んで調べる等色々あると思いますが、まずネットで検索して調べ始めるという方が多いと思います。
私もその中の一人でした。
山登りに関する記事は山ほどあります。
とても詳しく書いてある記事も沢山あって選ぶことができないほどです。
しかし、私が欲しい情報をなかなか得ることは難しかったのです。
私が欲しかった情報とは
これまで一切運動という運動をしてこなかった人が
何をどのように準備していけば、
安全に山登りをしていけるのか、
目標である富士登山を成功させることができるのか
ということです。
そこで、このような無謀とも言える挑戦をしていく私の体験や経験の数々の過程を、これからアウトドア、山登りを始める方に、情報提供していくことができたらと思い、このブログを始めることにしました。
③これまでの山登り
私は関東在住であるため、これまでに登った山は関東中心になります。
- 高尾山
- 筑波山
- 大山
- 雲取山
等です。
④ブログにはどんな内容を書いていくの？
・これまでに登った山々での体験談
・山に登るためのマナー・心構え
・準備するもの
・山に登るまでのあれこれ等
山登りに関することを自身の体験を踏まえて赤裸々に公開していく予定です。
これから、
アウトドア・山登りを始めようと思っている方、
富士山に登ってみたいと思っている方、
登山初心者の方等
に情報公開していけたらと思っています。
このブログを読み進めていくうちに、山登り超初心者から、初心者、中級者へとステップアップしていけると思います。
そして。
きっと山登りがもっともっと好きになっていると思います。
